    Is it normal to stop losing in the first 3 weeks? In my first 2 weeks I lost 21 lbs and this last week I haven't lost anything.

    Yes... type 'stalls' into the search engine (there will be tons of posts on the subject) and remember you lost 21 llbs in two weeks which is amazing !!
