  • Try Milk of Magnesia. If you do, just take a couple of sips.

I've used a laxative tea called smooth move-I usually drink it at night and about 12 hours later it does the trick. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

Enemas can be helpful.if you can take pills it might be time for Ducolax.

It could be related to your cycle too. Get stopped up before mine

Hope you've had some relief by now, but I just had this same problem last week...it wasn't until I warmed up my prune juice (5 oz) did I have SUCCESS!

If you're not throwing up I would suggest that your bowels have not woken up yet. However after surgery I had the same problem with my bowels... I was throwing up bile and turns out I had a bowel obstruction and had to have another surgery.
