I'm always hot, too ... but I have been for a while. I live in Orlando, so imagine what it's like to go grocery shopping in the air conditioning and sweating in the aisles ... so ...

I sleep with a fan blowing on me, and I did that in negative degree weather when I lived in NH ...

Again, it's probably just hormones releasing and your body adjusting to it. Eat some sugar-free popsicles!

Are you sweating or do you have a raging temperature?

If its 'just' sweating, keep yourself cool at night with a fan, keep the windows open, shower if you can and get plenty of fresh air. If you have a high temperature, call your team and ask their advice.

Hope it eases for you soon and congrats on the surgery !!

Kate
