I'm with Mindy, I was able to do the stairs at home no problem when I was discharged. But just take it slow, one step at a time. Take a break as needed. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal

If I wanted to sleep in my own bed I had to go up the stairs. It was uncomfortable and took some time but I made it up and down since the day after surgery. Now I'm 10 weeks post op and can run them :)
