I like MyFitnessPal.

I use MyFitnessPal as well. Yes, you can chart your weight.

Myfitnesspal is good l. I track my fid and weight loss.

I use MyFitnessPal (MFP) as well. You can tweak the calories down to 1,000 and adjust the ratio of protein/carb/fats and macronutrients, plus track Water and see your progress in graph form. I like that you can add a daily note, too, how you are feeling and if you had emotional/stress triggers, etc., for journaling in one place. Super convenient and easy to use.

My fitness pal is awesome. Charts your weight. Keeps track of your nutrution...proteins, carbs, fat, etc. Has restaurant menus for easy logging. Can add your own recipes. Has home pages that gives suggestions, recipes, good articles to read. You can make friends on there as well and encourage each other. :)
