Frustrated

Since my motorcycle accident I have done nothing but gain weight! I'm afraid my NUT is going to tell me I'm not ready for this. I'm so stressed out I can't do anything but walking and I'm hungry constantly! Seems like no matter what I do my body will not let go!

@@julsfit Maybe asking about getting some therapy to deal with emotional eating would help. Even if you just discuss your frustrations - having someone objective to listen to you and help you cope in other ways will be beneficial. I'm not constantly hungry - but man - my body doesn't want to let go of the weight either.

@julfit,

I'm sorry to hear about your motorcycle accident. I was just like you a few months ago. I'm still fighting this battle, but, I prayed really hard, I stay busy, I have a counselor or friend who will listen, and I made small goals. I was an emotional and binge eater.

You can do this! Start small and grow. You can beat this problem area. Also, imagine being smaller and doing things you couldn't do before or things you used to do and want to do again.

It sounds cliché, but it's the truth and it worked for me.

You can do it!
