How many?

Curious to know what everyone set their calorie grams at? 800 leaves me hungry!

Thanks everyone, do you guys also count carbs?

4 weeks out 400-600 calories a day. No I don't count carbs. I lose weight regardless.

I'm glad you asked this question. I'm planning for puréed next week and although I'm tired of so many Protein shakes, I'm not sure where to go with real food.

I don't count carbs. I focus on Protein, calories, fat, and sugar

My NUT told me to focus on meeting my Protein goal of 80 and not exceed 50 carb grams. Also wants me to avoid any products with added sugar.

I find that I lose weight when I am having between 700 to 900 calories. If I have less, I don't lose weight. I was told the body goes on a saving mode when calories are too low. Not sure if this is true.
