I see Dr again Oct 25th..fingers crossed I lose some by then.

Try to get a minimum of 64 oz of fluid and closer to 90 grams protein than 60 grams and see what happens.

What calories should I stay at also?

What does your NUT suggest? I really don't focus on calories as much as Protein. For me, the critical number is protein. The calories are relative to your protein as well as your activity level. You don't want them too low or too high.

Cause I was self pay I only saw my nut one time for like maybe 15 minutes. I really don't think numbers were tasked about. Mainly, what time of the day I eat, what things I like, stuff like that. And I walk anywhere from a mile to a mile and a half every evening.
