Is tis true...

So I been hearing that after the Gastric sleeve they send you home with a drain..What's that about..omg...How long u keep it in...Is this true....Getting sleeved next month...

I had hiatal hernia repair and sleeve. My drain was removed after 24 hrs and I didn't have any soreness or discomfort during or after. Self pay n stayed two nights in the hospital.

I have a drain, we are required to keep it 7 days. It's how they check for leaks in my gut. It was 2 weeks when I started the program this summer but that changed.
