  • Popular Post

Started this journey back in February. Met insurance requirements in August. The time spent was good as I had time to ponder on this new life decision. Tomorrow @8:30am surgery is scheduled. Excited to begin the new me. Hubby is taking before pics and measurements tonight. Good luck to all.

In hospital on night after sleeved. Observations : super sore, have pains on top of stomach. Weird they feel like hunger pain initially but after a burp I feel better. So gas. Nausea is real. They gave me meds but eating a few ice chips makes me nauseous. Just got up and walked 2 laps. So far so good. On my way.

Stayed 1 night. Dr said I could stay another night if not feeling well but I was eager to get home. I'm very sore. Didn't have much gas at all which is good. Keeping Water down and adding sugar free popsicle & broth.
