You can do it! The first 2-3 days are tough, but after that it's pretty easy. I did it for 30 days prior to surgery and could only have 4 meal replacement drinks, Water and raw veggies. You've got this! Plus, it's really important before surgery to help shrink your liver (to make maneuvering around near your stomach easier).

I'm on my second day too, but only of five days so I can't complain too much! Good luck everyone!

I'm day 7 out of 14. It was a rough moring. I just pray for strenght to get through the next 7 days. Take one day at a time.

I'm on day 2 of 14 liquid only diet . What kind of Protein shakes are you drinking? I'm already sick of chocolate. I tried some injury chicken broth flavored Protein Drink and that was a nice change

I had to use Bariatric Fusion for pre-op. I haven't started yet but tried a sample today that was good. Have you tried Premier? I just bought caramel flavored for post-op. If you already have shakes - try adding some sugar free flavoring and blend with ice.
