This is definitely much easier now (day 9) than it was in the beginning. I still get occasional cravings but not too often and they are easy to dismiss.

I'm in Zephyrhills, Fl. I am on the liquid diet too..right now I'm having a strawberry shake made in blender with chopper ice made from the protein powder. Power Maxx from GNC not bad.
