Hernia?

hello everyone!

I was wondering if anyone has had a hernia after surgery? im going see my dr in about an hour but the thought of needing another surgery is making me a little worried. I assume I had the hernia for awhile but since losing a good amount of weight I feel the bulge and its starting to burn. anyone have surgery to repair the hernia? if so whats the usual recovery time???

I had a hernia repair during my surgery so I can't help but here's a bump!

My surgeon found my hiatal hernia during my sleeve surgery and repaired it while I was under........I'm grateful he did that!

I had one three days after by pass. Sorry to say it has been worse than by pass recovery. On the other hand, I'm almost three weeks out and other than an occasional burning sensation at incision site. I'm ok. So it won't be long after surgery and it'll be behind you!
