Hi, I'm day five post op and getting in about 50oz and that is about as much is I can take. I sip all day and learned hot and warm is best. My question is that on my clear post op liquid diet I see they have allowed me sugar free Jello but if I sip too much it hurts my pouch and I can't imagine trying the jello. I would like to though and just wanted to ask has anyone else done jello on the post op day 1-7 diet. Also, I can only get in two Protein shakes per day. I am supposed to be up to three and just can't.
