    Thanks. I'm not done yet, but seeing the pics side by side brings it home for me. I'm proud of my accomplishment but at the same time I cringe at the before pic. It's deeply embarrassing but I'm trying to get over it.

    Day to day, I don't see the difference. But there are times I catch a reflection in a store mirror and don't recognize myself.

    Lol. You have a WAY better butt than I do though/ mine is gone! Flat!!

    Doing heavy load squats- only 7-8 at a time with the highest load I can do it with.

    Wow that's fantastic! Great job. You're such an inspiration with a starting weight close to mines its unreal that at 5 months I could be that close to goal! Way to go!!!!

    That's great news! I am about to get my surgery date. I weighed 270 my first visit June 8th am at 255 now trying to make small changes on my own. Hoping that I have as much success as you are. .
