I don't usually eat chips and salsa (although I have had a few in the past year).

I have eaten lots of salsa. I eat it on everything: eggs, cottage cheese, black Beans, refried beans, etc.

If you are craving something like salsa, then think about ways you can have it on a healthy way. Maybe you could eat it plain with a spoon or use it with a high Protein dip.

Try dipping something other than chips or just eat it by itself.

Beanitos are tortilla chips with protein and have pretty good stats.
