  1. My surgeon said sleevers,at 6 weeks post op can take almost any over the counter cold meds . Just have to be careful with pills. Make sure u cut anything big into small pieces....try to use liquid remedies first...such as theraflu...alka selter...as these can be counted toward ur daily liquid goal as well!!   9. I'm on 6wk...I eat one baby pickle as a treat once a day...I chew well, size is 1to2 ounces and too small for seed issues. It is just so good to taste something not bland!   18. Before surgery i would get heartburn every once in a while.... now it is full force no matter what i eat. I had a hernia repair during surgery and it still did not help. I think it got worse. My doctor has gave me some acid pills called dexilant . I really hope this gets better cuz it is irritating and very uncomfortable Sent from my SM-N900P using the BariatricPal App
