So- here I am 5 1/2 mos post op. I still have another 40 to go to hit my goal, but I'm so happy with what has been the most amazing journey, so far.

I took these today in my sisters bathroom lol. I didn't want to ask anyone to take a pic of me- would have felt silly.

I can't wait to hit goal...just to know I CAN do anything with dedication, determination and hard work. It's not the easy way out. I work out constantly, follow my plan, and rely upon all of you in the community to keep me motivated. I thank you.

I am almost 3 weeks Post Op and have only lost about 10 pounds, is this normal. I guess I expected to lose more. You look fabulous!!!!

From what I'm reading there is no such thing as normal. I'm 9 days out and have lost 11 lbs. My surgery weight was 232 though so I might have a lot more to lose than you do.
