Condiments

So my next phase includes scrambled eggs. I don't like eggs but for whatever reason I'm

Excited about it. Has anyone used hot sauce only 2 weeks out? Are all condiments ok?

I put Texas Pete's Hot Sauce in my pureed chili (I'm 3 weeks post-op). I didn't have any issues with it, but I know others have been unable to tolerate it so soon.

You can try it if it is something allowed by your NUT. Some people have difficulty early out with spicy foods and some people don't. I didn't.

Condiments are great. Just be sure and read labels carefully. Personally, I avoid anything with high fructose corn syrup (like most commercial ketchup).
