I went thru too. Am 8 weeks out and the sleepiness is better. Just another way our bodies are healing.

I am about the same time frame you are. I had my VGS on July 14th. I am also tired when i eat/drink full liquids and pureed foods. I just laid down for 30 minutes after i had Soup.

Our stomachs dont move like they used to and it takes alot of energy to move things threw. At least that is what my pcp said, plus there are hormone changes happening and healing.

Congrats on you surgery and from what my sister sais (she had vgs 5 yrs ago) this will only last as long as its needed.
