I am OVER it today.

Today isn't a good day.. I'm OVER wondering if I'll feel sick after any new food I'm about to try. I am OVER forcing myself to drink Water when I'm not thirsty, I am OVER the fact my 1lb chihuahua eats more food than me.

Had to vent, the hubby just had a McDonald's and I looked at it with tears in my eyes, I miss you buddy.

What are you OVER today?

@@katieroybal have you tried adding a probiotic? I have a chewable one from Bariatric Advantage. It may help with the diarrhea.

I'm over the chronic diarrhea! I've had it since day 5. Had surgery on 8/5. Its so painful. The cramps start right after I eat something (anything.). I can't bare it. When does it get better?!

This isn't normal. Talk to your surgeon.

I take two stool softeners a day. and Milk of Magnesia once a week. which has worked out ok up until this week, doesn't seem to be working anymore. (I'm 9 weeks out today).

For the constipation (I didn't even think about that), is it recommended that you take a stool softener?

Aloe Water works but not pleasant

I am over this pre op diet!!! shakes and bars that are too sweet. The only thing not sweet is the Water. And that seems to be all I can get down without gagging. 3 days down, 11 more to go.

Try broth. You've got this!

Unfortunately, broth isn't an option. 3 shakes, 2 bars, 1 black coffee or tea and unlimited water for 2 weeks. What I would do for a cup of broth right now ;)

I am over this stupid stall. 10 days gone by since I hit Onederland, only to turn around and end up right back at 200 again. I am doing everything my surgeon said to do. I have fibroids and I am seeing my Gyn tomorrow about that. I cannot stand this! It's so frustrating...I don't mind the challenges; they are making me stronger. I do mind the fact that lately this seems like I made the wrong choice to deal with my weight. I never dreamed I'd be stuck at 200 lbs!

I'm over the weight PERIOD.

I couldn't handle the shakes for every pre-op meal either. I found them especially sweet and repulsive. My surgeon was fine with broth since it is part of a more restrictive (clear liquid) diet. I just added unflavored Protein powder to get my protein in. If you truly hate the shakes, you might ask if you can start the clear liquid diet early with added unflavored protein. Just be sure to mention that you are willing to add protein to the broth so they wont say they are concerned about you not getting enough protein.

I'm over being ashamed that i failed the lap band and had to go to the sleeve, I'm over being ashamed that I'm fat and that my body aches and I get tired easily ....

I'm over the post op diet (just started pureed) and being constantly worried that something is wrong because I'm not getting full and am still hungry really quickly after my four ounces of blended whatever. I'm over hearing from my friends who've had WLS over the last year, how full they are after two bites of food while I stress out that something didn't work right for me.

It's early - your stomach had nerves severed. It will take time before the full feeling will return and you actually should be aiming for satisfied not full. Be sure to get all your fluids and Protein - take a PPI to help with stomach acid. This will work for you - be patient.
