  • Here's hoping that your life continues to be felled with joy and positivity. Consider taking some nice gifts for your hospital caregivers, too. Something tells me they are gonna earn them.

I don't think anyone meant any harm, they were just letting you know about their experiences and what they took. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

And THIS is why it's been two weeks between this post and my previous post...

What a joke...

Hells yes......so damn good to see you, Kinda !

Where have you bean ????

We need ya 'round here pard. People getting all butthurt because they are married to their own ways...more specifically their own OLD ways.

Trying to get to the new way of living and you've done that and done so in a smoove way that say's....."I'm built for comfort....but I'm also capable of speed".

We need some veteran leadership 'round here something fierce....

Lol Dub!

I just want to see folks make a good run at it.

Can't do that if you are eating honey, syrups and salty snack foods while on your pre-op liquid liver shrink diet. It's beyond stupid....it's dangerous.

If we can't call out dangerous acts then what's the point.

It'd then degrade to be no better than a suicide hotline where they coach you how to load the bullets and cock the trigger, no ????

Quit getting butthurt people and start listening to the whats and whys our successful vets are trying to tell you...........it's for your own good.

Damn.

Just damn.

If you are open to suggestions, you may want to take lip balm.

It was an experience to say the least. But just remember this to shall pass. And then weight loss to come and energy and better life in general. Good luck!

When I had my surgery I took all kinds of clothes and smell goods and such. I didn't touch 90% of it. I know for me, I didn't feel like being bothered and didn't really want to move. But I am glad you are super prepared. I was also prepped for when I was coming home. I made food ice cubes. Soups, broths and such as well as buying popsicles. I lived on popsicles, coffee and tea for a while.

Good luck and keep us up to date

If I were you I'd just wear the same outfit to the hospital and from the hospital. Also you don't need all of that stuff honey, you're over packed. Blessings to you and good luck on your surgery! !
