Hello all, I have a surgery date for 12/7. The nerves started creeping in a few days ago. Im looking for support, my surgeon said ppl do best with support groups. My fears are about the surgery its self and life after surgery.

I'm getting cold feet as well but I think it's from nerves. We are about to have a serious surgery here. Once it's done there's no going back. So this may be the biggest decision of our lives. But this is also why I decided to keep the surgery a secret. Family and friends have a way of imposing their fears onto us. I only told a friend that had the procedure done about 3 yrs ago. It has to be right before. Medically supervised means ud either meet with a NUT or a Dr that specializes in diets and exercise. My clinic has a NUT in office Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

The just diagnosed me with sleep apnea last week. So I have to go get a machine then wear it and go back to the dr so they can read the sims card. At that point the pulmonary dr will release me or right a clearance. @@La_Strega_Sa Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

Only idiot I see is ^. You know they make these things called phones, pads, tablets, that allow you to hook up to wifi and watch shows while, on the treadmill etc. they even have them setup on stationary equipment as well as mounted on the wall.
