    I have BCBS federal and everything was submitted on 9/9, BCBS scanned my paperwork into their system on 9/13 and started reviewing on 9/14. I just found out today that it was approved yesterday 9/19. Hope this helps @danny77. Good Luck to you! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

    Well 8/26 was my last appointment and I was medically cleared on 8/30. My paperwork should be sent to my ins tomorrow and they told me I should hear something by next week, which feels like forever. I am praying that nothing goes wrong and its approved. I have been waiting on this for a long time. I will update yall when I find out.
