Yes a regular cupcake pan and I layered the bottom with sause before the cheese. I also pureed chicken and mixed it with the ricotta. Mega protein!!!!

    Lol not trying to tease, I just Google bariatric ricotta bake and it came up. I added pureed chicken to my recipe.
