Frank's has a wing sauce that is low in carbs. If you are sticking to low carb and healthy fats your good. Grill the chicken wings with a rub, and dip once done in the sauce, then back to the grill! V

  • I dust them with an initial layer of Mad Hunky and then some Plowboy's Yardbird rub on top. Best wing rubs I've used. I'll try any sauce. Lately, though.....my favorite is Rufus Teague sa

I ate 2 wings skin and all from a rotisserie chicken yesterday. I felt guilty when I seen the 15 g fat but they are also 20g Protein. I say if its a rare treat go for it. Do not make it a weekly affair and you are just fine. Life happens. Just remember the 80/20 rule.

Where do you get the dry rubs for your chicken wings? Do you put the rub on before or after grilling?

I am on a mission to re-create those wings you posted????

I want Dub to host a BBQ. I'll bring some sides. That looks amazing.

I never order them out, but make them at home. Bake some skinless wings in over and toss lightly with sauce when they are done. I can eat one to one and a half.

I get the normal hot wings from wing stop once and a while. They are fried but they are naked. I don't have issues with eating fat, I usually am short on fat each day so fitting wings into my macros isn't an issue.

At home I slow bake them to render all the fat off (you keep the flavor).

I bake them like this

I don't use the sauce in the recipe.

Then I just drown them in hot sauce and a little melted butter. Hot sauce alone has no calories... The Franks Red Hot Wing sauce doesn't have calories either.

If you order wings out, make sure they are naked, and ask if the sauce has any sugar.
