Is 125oz of Water enough a day..... I still had to get treated for dehydration and malnutrition last week. I'm at a loss on what to do. I'm almost 6 months post op and have lost over 100lbs

Are you drinking throughout the day?

What are you eating?

I didn't like to say, I get nowhere near that in!

If you are drinking more than 64 oz of liquid, one of those 12 oz must be electrolytes. Water depletes you of essential minerals, and dehydration is very easy if it's warm outside. The type of water we drink is important as well. Ionized water, and purified water depletes us of minerals.
