Hi guys. I had gastric sleeve surgery on July 9th. On surgery day I was 222 lbs. Today I'm 215 lbs. Why is the weight going so slow. My twin sister had the same surgery with the same surgical team 2 years ago and she dropped 15 lbs the first week. I just started drinking Protein shakes on Saturday so was on Clear liquids before then. I got so depressed this morning when I got on the scale and saw 215. My heart dropped and this time is different because I no longer have food to turn to to make me feel better so I stayed in bed all day. Am I overreacting or is there something else I can do to increase my weight loss?
