Soft Solid Foods Question

I'm in the soft solid food stage. I know that many people eat chili at this point and I'd love to do that, too! Do I need to worry about tomato seeds or I am overthinking the "no seeds" rule? (I'm emailing my NUT but was curious what the vets think.)

Seeds were a no-no during clear and full liquids on my program (first two weeks). Not sure how quickly your program advances you to soft foods- probably a good idea to call your NUT.

You may need to make your chilli with puréed tomatoes to avoid seeds. Chilli is on my list for soft stage, but seeds are still prohibited. You could also use chopped or crushed just make sure no seeds. Most crushed that I buy don't have seeds

I use tomato sauce in mine because my family does not like bits of tomato. Try that :)

Use tomato juice in place of your tomatoes if you're not allowed the seeds!
