Day 6 and I've lost 8 since coming home from the hospital. So I had surgery 7/5 and was 249. I came home Thursday and was 252. I weighed Friday and was 250.2. I weighed Saturday and was 246, and I weighed this morning and was 242. And I bet if I can get this Milk of Magnesia to kick in I'll fall into the 230's. How's that for specific :D

Which post of diet are you on? They are all so different!

From Wed 7-6 (surgery day) to weigh in day Saturday, I dropped a shade over 8 pounds.

Good going y'all. I don't think I'm getting in enough walking to get this gas out. I can feel and hear it still rolling. And I know it's not hunger because I don't want anything.

I'm on phase 1. full liquids. broth. Jello. Popsicles. Water. Crystal Light. Premier Protein shakes. Have made a couple Soups that doc gave me that are approved for phase 1 but one is not that great. The other is pretty good but usually can get only one ounce down maybe two per day.
