  1. It is confusing and a daily struggle. Not where I wanted to be. Would like to at least get to 165. If not lower.
  2. I lost about equal pre surgery as I have after. I was sleeved 7/6/16. Started at 269 and yo yo between 186-190 lbs now. Depressing.
  3. My wls was 7/6/16. I lost the most during the six month pre op stage. Started at 269. Day of surgery weighed 232 and today 189. It's been MONTHS since I have lost anything. I blame no one but me. I have ate all the wrong things and not exercised. I still can't eat much but when I eat sometimes I don't eat what I should. I still drink all my water. I am thankful I haven't gained, but what a failure I feel for not doing all I can do to get this weight off and I am coming up on the one year Anniversary soon. How do I get the motivation back? I am still considered obese on my bmi. I have been taking off my blood pressure meds and sleep apnea machine. I really just want to get down to 165. That's not probably where I should be according to my chart, but I think for my age (46) and height 5'4 that is a good realistic number for me. Any suggestions to get motivated?

  6. Oh my goodness you are doing amazing. Way to go. Can I ask what your normal day looks like with food/drink and exercise if any and how much? I had surgery 7/6/16 269 and am just now at 189. [emoji20]
  7. Do you use a journal to log it in or an app? What app works best for you if so? Thank you for your words. I have to get focused again.

  10. I was sleeved 7/6/16 and you sound like me. I haven't lost in months. I know it's because I quit walking. And I have never tracked (by writing it down or using any apps) my daily food intake. Do you do that? I have been eating foods I KNOW I shouldn't. It has to stop. I am no where near goal. HW: 269 CW: 191 Would like to be in the 150 range.
  11. I'm in Arkansas. Had the sleeve on 7/6/16. Haven't lost anything in months. I'm very disappointed in myself. I don't keep track of anything I eat. I only keep track of my water intake. I need to be exercising. Do you all really log everything daily? I feel like I have stretched out my stomach. Idk. Just disgusted with myself. HW: 269 CW: 191
  12. I need a walking buddy in my area. Someone going through the same thing as me (sleeved). I am struggling. Haven't lost any in months!!!

  14. I have read that you can overeat and stretch the pouch (new stomach they call it). I think sometimes because I'm not eating right I miss my full signals. Thank you for the protein tips.

  16. I was sleeved 7/6/16. Prior to surgery and since my total weight loss is 78 lbs. haven't lost anything in months though. Haven't gained YET! But I can eat more and more. I have been eating junk!!!!! I'm so depressed with myself. At 191 lbs and still have many more pounds to go!!!! Do you think it's too late? Have I stretched my pouch too much to come back?

  18. I had mine in LR with Dr. Baker on 7/6/16. He has now moved to Conway and since have only seen him once. Thinking of switching to one closer.
