We're looking to create a documentary video which focuses on a patient’s pre and post surgery stories. We're looking for individuals who would be willing to be participants, who are willing to share their experiences which will in turn help other patient's who are considering or who have had the procedure who would like to share their concerns, challenges and point of view throughout their weight loss journey.

We would like to film a day in your life or have you discuss your journey in a setting where you feel most comfortable. We would also be willing to film at an offsite location.
