I have Premier. I had to have 6 months of NUT visits, psych eval and PCP clearance. It took weeks to get my approval letter, which drove me crazy. My date is Oct, 3rd. The process seems like it took forever. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

After six months of preparation, my surgery is Oct. 3rd. I am so excited and feel like it a new start. Of course, I am scared. Scared about surgery ...Am I going to succeed? BUT, I just keeping telling myself that I am going to do amazing. I have no choice!! I want to have energy again. I feel like I in the right mind set. Anyone experience the same situation before surgery ??

Well! Just had my last appt - all paperwork is being submitted for insurance approval. I am so nervous. They reassured me that my insurance usually approves. I am just nervous because - all I have is a BMI over 40. - no other health issues. I am just keeping my fingers crossed and praying!! Wish me luck Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
