    It depends on how bad your cold is.......sometimes if it's just a cold, no fever, no congestion, etc. it wouldn't be a problem....on the other had if you have a fever and chest congestion that could cause a problem. If you have a cold now it's probably a good idea to reach out to your surgeon's office now and perhaps they may want to prescribe something for you to prevent it from getting worse....Good luck to you!
