Hello everyone its my first time posting. I wanted to know if you lose breast size after surgery, does it look bad, and you think you should get breast reduction or plastic surgery?

I am apparently in the minority. I didn't have much before- relative to my overall size/weight but I like my little boobies now. From a 44C to a 34B. They hang low but they still point in the right direction so I don't care. I would only consider an augmentation if I were to get a lift and to even them out (they're sisters not twins ).

When I had my lap band, I got as low as a 38c (which I loved!!). Once I gained backed some weight, I grew some cups and some bands. One of the reasons I had the sleeve surgery is because of the band cutting into my sides.

My breast never were just huge. I always had to get a large ass band. I hoping this time around, they go back down. I hate wearing bras and most of the cute tops/dresses don't look good with one (just my opinion, I hate when bra straps show lol).

Mine totally deflated. Never dreamed I would get implants after spending most of my life a G-ish cup (anywhere from 36G to 42DDD over the years).

Plastics restored me to a 32DD/DDD.

How long did you wait in between the two surgeries

The plastic surgeons I spoke with recommended 6 months at a stable goal weight. I hit goal at a year out and has plastics right at 6 months later. So 18 months from WLS.
