I am having a lot of trouble losing the 15 pounds, my Molina insurance wants me to lose to quality for surgery. I was in a couple car accidents a few years back and suffered a tramatica brain injury.
It was the frontal lobe area. This has to do with plnning. I can't for the life of me plan my meals. On top of that I have a bad knee. I got off the pain pills because I think they were attributing to my weight gain.
So, I was wondering if a diet pill would help me lose the 15 pounds before surgery. I think once I have the sugery, things will be easier.
I know surgery is just a tool, but I really believe they cut out a lot of the grelin hormone out and possibly other hormones as well. I believe that weight issues are very entwined and everybody is different and so many things can snow ball.
Things can go from bad to worse and all of the sudden, your so heavy, you can't move and then you have to ride those electric carts at walmart. And then, you get so darn depressed, all you want is comfort food and then you beat your self for messing up your diet and then you get depressed, ecetera, etc. And then the way our society looks and treats its over weight population is sad.
Any suggestions anyone has about the diet pill or anything else be would be greatly appriciated.
