Fusion Vitamins

I am 3 weeks post sleeve and have just started taking my vitamins. I bought the Fusion Chewable Vitamins because I thought it was all in one. I did not know that I had to chew one 4x a day! They are nasty! I only bought two bottles so I guess I have 240 to get down. Has anyone dissolved them in water to drink them ? I wonder if this would be ok. My nutrionist totally mislead me on this one! How do you get 4 a day down?

I have the Optisource chewable Vitamins, they are very chalky and when I chew they paste up in my teeth :P I've been crushing them in a pills crusher, and I find they dissolve a little better in my mouth that way. I put in a medicine cup and "tap" a little in my mouth at a time, and chase it with Water.

Thank you. I emailed the company and returned the Vitamins. They were really nice and are refunding me my money. I checked with my doctor and am taking vitamins I can swallow. It seems like a lot of pills but it's way better than putting up with the chalky , smelly ones. I just couldn't cope.
