Can I eat this?

I've started my pureed's and it says that I can eat tuna fish, can this be eaten with crackers or is that a no?

They gave me a book but it said nothing about eating or not eating it. Today is day 3 that I haven't been able to eat anything and this morning Water made me sick, But thanks I'll try to get a hold of my doctor again.

Well seems to me that if you are on puréed foods then only puréed foods are allowed unless they mention an exception. So since crackers are not puréed and are not mentioned as an exception, that's a no.

I am 2.5 years out and still eat my tuna with a spoon instead of a cracker, crackers would derail my maintenance and would have derailed my loss phase.
