Frustrated

I'm day 6 and today is so mentally hard .I'm angry that I feel the way I feel and I'm so done with this liquid diet. I have heavy emotions today about did I do the right thing. I just don't feel good today I hope it passes soon and I feel positive agian. Did anyone experience deep emotions after surgery?

Yes I did. I was sleeved 5/24 and was very emotional. I'm coming out of it now but still have a lot of mixed feelings. Hang in there

Yes...my emotions were all over the place for a couple months! It does get better....I didn't think it would ..but it has [emoji2]

I bet almost everyone felt this way. I did but since I vomited everyday for months my regret lasted longer. I wasn't myself for 4 months. Some days worse than others. But.....it does subside. Just try to take is slow and if you feel overwhelmed seek help.

It's all part of the "stages" of WLS. Regret is normal early on.

Hang in there! It gets better and better!

Yeeeeesss doubted my decision and all. At that time I was so happy I had joined this group. Hearing others who related and assured me that it will pass was absolutely rite! It did and will for you as well! Its been about 5 weeks and I feel waaaayyyy better????????

Having these surgeries definitely will mess with hormones

I'm only 3 weeks out but the first 10 days were the worst for me. I was certain I'd made a mistake and wasn't sure I could do it. Granted, I've got a long way to go but it's already so much better. You'll be feeling better soon too.
