having been diabetic and really fruit was rough on my blood sugar it is a special delight to have a wee bit of fruit and have normal blood sugar. really makes me happy.

I eat one or 2 strawberries or a couple pieces of melon with my protein which is usually chicken or fish. Feel the small amount of fruit helps my energy level.
