Before and after photos

Hi friends, these are my first before/after photos I've posted anywhere.

The one on the plane with my wife and son are 284 lbs

The one with the hat on is a month or so ago at 210 lbs

And the other one with shorts on is at 191 lbsthe best, p

Hallelujah!! My health has never been so good.

    Thanks everybody!! this has really been the place to go for support and feeling better about this whole ordeal/journey. Especially because for many of you, you have a lot of family to share this whole thing with- other than a friend or two, I ONLY have you guys!! So again, thanks, I feel great, the biggest change I couldn't have predicted; it is

    the absence of paIn....even beats buy a size large off the rack....lol
