How come hot dogs are packaged 10 to a container but how dog buns are packaged 8 in a bag?

US Presidential Election Year Rant:

I am so sick of having to listen to people who insist on spewing their political ideologies all over the damn place -- on Facebook, on line at cash registers, in doctors' waiting rooms, at work, on planes, at parties, at family reunions, etc.

Yes, I know it's their First Amendment right. But it's more than annoying being forced to listen politely to people loudly proclaim that everyone who doesn't adore and endorse their beloved candidate is an idiot / stupid / unpatriotic / immoral / uneducated / [insert here your favorite pejorative].

Can we talk about people in crosswalks or who you allow to cross in front of you in parking lots?

Why the #^*%#* must they meander slowly, often looking down and texting, sometimes coming to a dead stop in the middle of the road to check their bag or phone, walking the slowest route In a long diagonal...

On a similar note, those who get in their cars but don't actually pull out for-freaking-ever when they know someone is waiting for their spot. I swear it's on purpose.

I get irritated at the ones who just walk out in front of you and walk SUPER slow and they don't use a crosswalk .. I didn't know anyone could walk that slow!

Or if you follow behind someone into the drive of a complex and they stop to talk to someone who had been walking. There is no way to go around you! Move off to the side and let others pass through.

Or you see a driving sitting there and then as soon as you're close to them.. they pull out in front of you and go slow.

Get a move on people!

Can I just rant about stupid people in general? Particularly in the workplace?

Why can't you read and understand an email? If the email says to schedule a monthly meeting in place of a weekly meeting, cancel the original meeting and make a new monthly one! If I remind you that I sent you an email with information you need, search your inbox for it instead of telling me you didn't get it! C'mon - I know you got it. And speaking of email, what's with people not responding to email? When I've sent my coworkers 3+ "follow up" emails over the span of a month and haven't received a single reply - THAT'S JUST RUDE.

Ok, here's another one....if you are fortunate enough not to have a disability...DO NOT PARK IN THE HANDICAPPED SPACES! DO NOT USE THE HANDICAPPED BATHROOM STALLS AND DO NOT USE THE HANDICAPPED SHOPPING CARTS! My daughter is disabled, after having 4 open heart surgeries in her short 24 years of life....she needs these things! If you use these and do not need them, you are an assf^ck.

Why does the food that tastes so good have to be bad for you? Why can't pizza be a diet food??

I regularly wish for the turtle shell or missiles from Mario Cart for these drivers.

People who bring young children to movies and expect them to be quiet/sleep through the Fast & Furious~~~~

or the idiots who talk LOUD or get on their phones during the movie.

People who speak more than one language (ex: Spanish & English) that choose to have a conversation in whichever one is NOT known to the other people sitting there. Rude!

I understand if the other person they are conversing with ONLY speaks that language, beyond that, it is rude.
