I'm June 7th also. The liquid diet is killing me but I'm sticking to it. I'm concentrating on one day at a time. Sent from my SM-G928P using the BariatricPal App

Tell you how much I regretted it after. I'm feeling scared now about it affecting my surgery on Tuesday . So stick to it . One day at a time drink Water lots of water it takes your hunger away . You can do it !!! It's all in the head whenever you feel like temptation is going to get the best of you go out . Get away from the food entertain yourself in something else . Don't give up

I'm in this stage as well and I keep trying to think the more weight I lose now the better chance I have at reaching my goal weight after surgery. It's the only thing keeping me going.

I'm actually not in a liquid diet - love my NUT. I'm on a no carb, no sugar, high Protein diet. It's still hard but no where near as bad as the shakes.

I've been using sugar free jelly, which kind of tricks your body into thinking it's a treat, that's helping also :) Just keeping thinking about what you'll look like this time next year. That's what's keeping me focused and determine not to cheat and also helped me lose 10 pounds in a week :)

I've posted this before and it can work..

Try chewing/crunching on some ice..

It makes the body think that its chewed something rather than just 'drinking' all the time...

It also has the added bonus of hydrating you...

I just started a bypass FB group. I'm having Bypass this Friday June 3rd! Let me know if you'd like more information about joining. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE this site and will continue to be an active member too!

Please add me. If you need to friend request me first I'm on Facebook as Jenn Craig Monterrozo. The profile pic is a wedding pic of me and my hubby. I'm planning on having the bypass. Still in the gathering info stage. Have my seminar/appointment with doc, psych and NUT tomorrow!
