I have learned to stop comparing my weight loss to others. Like @Innersurfergirl, I have learned to embrace the many stalls!

I have learned that you need to be kind to your body whist its healing

I have learned that i am overly critical of my body

I have learned that obsessing over my weight is not going to you lose weight any faster

all of the things you listed!

I have learned that I can do a lot of things I never thought I would be able to do, and that you really can change your life.

I have learned that I must take all my proteins in daily , I have learned to take in all vitamins and calcium as the plan tells us to. I am on a stall for 5 weeks now and I know it's okay. I have learned that so what I'm stalled but they have taken me off blood pressure meds. So my health is getting better. So all in all I have learned that just because the weights not coming off as fast as I'd like it to my health comes first.
