I was told to take in 60 grams of Protein a day. A lot of it will depend on you personally and your band. If you are not getting enough by eating alone, you can supplement with a shake. Using a program like fitday.com can help you plan your meals and how many nutrients you are getting on a daily basis.

Welcome! Glad to have you here!

Welcome to the board. I try to eat 70 g of protein a day. My doctor said I must take a daily vitamin and calcium supplement. I also take Omega 3, fiber caps and glucosamine/chondroitin. I find that the fiber is necessary even with consumption of fruits and veggies.
