So far I've lost 37.8 pounds total. I'm happy with my progress so far and am excited to keep on going. I can tell I've lost in my face and fingers. I'll take it!post-251160-14634350061121_thumb.jpgpost-251160-14634351314248_thumb.jpg

Wow, you look amazing Tiffanymarie6997, you can set tell the difference in your face. Im just over 4 weeks post-op too.. [emoji4] was wondering how much you're eating each day, and if you know how many calories? As I seem to be only managing a tiny amount and in worried it's not enough lol. X

You guys all look so good! That's awesome! Thanks for the inspiration!

Can definitely see weight loss congrats. How is week 4? What foods are you on? I'm 1 week out still on shakes. It sucks. Seeing NUT tomorrow and dr. Friday. Hoping for soft foods then.

Not too much yet. I can see it coming though. Ugh. I know my thighs, arms, and stomach will have skin issues.

I eat pretty much whatever I want honestly. I was put in soft foods on may 6th. I've tried multiple things though . Today I had food stuck severely. Finally had to throw it up. First time I've vomited in like 3 years.

Lost 38 pounds 40 days now. My jeans fit differently, that's the main noticeable difference.

Atontor, amazing loss...do you have loose skin issues?

Hi. Just minor in my inner thighs only thankfully. It used to be more on my legs but since I lift weights with them the leg is taking a solid form. Unfortunately I never worked on the inner thigh muscle which I'm starting to do now.
