So I'm 2 1/2 weeks post op I'm down 28 lbs but I feel like I been hovering at my current weight for like a week now its annoying! But I realized that I barely eat I Dont get my fluids or Proteins in like I should which is NOT good..but I'm just NEVER hungry.
Any ideas on how I can start staying on track?
Also I'm on mushy foods .. What are some mushy foods that are high in Protein??.. besides eggs tuna fish and Greek yogurt
