@@findingnish, when you get in contact with your surgeon's office today please let them know about your struggles. Be honest with them and tell them what you have eaten on your pre op diet. This is a serious surgery and a lot harder than I thought it would be. With all the research and preparation I did, I was still surprised! You have received some great advice from this forum and everyone is rooting for you to succeed. This is a major change, please be sure you are ready for it and really want this before you go in to surgery!

Follow your surgeon's diet plan. It is for your own good.

Yeah a pre-op diet kind of sucks, but there will be plenty of time for guacamole, in moderation, later.
