The only flavor I've gotten so far is Grape Frost, and it's not bad. I was pleasantly surprised by it, but now I'm very excited to try some of the other flavors. It's not super sweet. There is a brief after taste, but it leaves you quickly (I didn't need to drink anything after it for the after taste to go away).

With 40 g Protein per bottle, they are also good if you mix half and half with Water and add some Mio or Crystal Light in a flavor that you like. That also lets you split the bottle into two servings of 20g protein and helps with fluids.
