plans vary so widely - what does your plan allow at this point?

Can you have a clear protein drink, like Isopure (yuck but it might be filling), Unjury chicken soup flavor protein, or Syntrax Nectar?

Suck it up buttercup. It's only for a few more weeks. You will have the rest of your life to feel full. Of course that's how we got fat in the first place, huh? Time for a new plan and being hungry sometimes is just part of the package.

On the other hand, taking an antacid, getting at least 60g of Protein and at least 64oz of Fluid will probably make those hunger pains go away.

It may just be acid. If you were not prescribed a PPI, then take Zantac. I promise it will help!!

What specific symptoms of "hunger" are you having? If it's stomach gurgling and rumbling, that's likely acid. We're you prescribed a PPI?

If you are seeing commercials for pizza or burgers and getting cravings, that's head hunger. It will take a while for your head to catch onto the fact that you aren't physically capable of eating those foods right now.

I had the same thing, it was driving me crazy. It does get better and easier. It just suck for right now. Wish I had something better to tell you.
